The St. Joe Community Co-op are now offering employment opportunities for the developmentally disabled.  For more information to volunteer or utilize their services, contact 269-659-4525.

The St. Joe Community Co-op are now offering Secure and Confidential Paper Shredding. They are a not-for profit organization that employs people with developmental disabilities. For more information, please call 269-659-4525.

The LaGrange County Sheriff's Department are providing the elderly, the ill and nearly anyone else who is in need of an emergency cell phone. These donated phones have been modified so they are only able to dial 9-1-1. For more information, please call 260-463-4701.

The Tri-State Networking Group will meet every Wednesday at noon at Mulligan's Restaurant located a Lake James Golf Course, 1445 W CR 275N in Angola, In. Open networking for all Businesses, Individuals and Organizations.

Vistula Head Start in Steuben and LaGrange Counties will be accepting applications for fall enrollment for children ages 3-5. Children must be 3 years old by February 1st to be eligible. For an application, please call 260-495-4775- or 1-800-551-9819.

The American Red Cross will have a Blood Drive on Wednesday, May 7th from 11:00am until 4:45pm at the Bronson First United Methodist Church located at 312 E. Chicago in Bronson, Mi. For more information, please call 1-800-GIVE-LIFE.

The LaGrange County U.S.P.S. Letter Carriers will be having a Food Drive on Saturday, May 10th. Please place items in or near mailbox or curbside by noon for volunteers to pick up. All non-perishable donations will be taken to the LaGrange Food and Clothes Basket.

The LaGrange County Red Cross 2nd Annual Golf Outing will be held on Saturday, May 10th at Cedar Lake Golf Course withh tee off at 8:00am. Cost is $160.00 per team. For more information, please call 260-463-6753 or 260-593-2245.

The LaGrange Farmers Market will be held on Saturday, May 10th from 8:00am until noon in downtown LaGrange, IN.

The Little River Railroad will have "Mother's Day" Train Rides on Sunday, May 11th at 1:00pm and again at 3:30pm. Trains will depart from 29 W Park Ave in Coldwater, MI. For more information, please visit www.littleriverrailroad.com.

The 1st Annual Golf for Children of Autism, LLC Team Scramble will be held on Saturday, May 17th at Cedar Lake Golf Course with tee time at 8:00am. Cost is $60.00 per person. For more information, please call 260-336-7000.

Bronson High School will be offering Sports Physicals on Monday, May 12th from 6:30pm until 7:30pm at the Bronson High School Gym. Cost is $10.00 and should be paid in advance with a completed form by Friday, May 9th. Cost is $15.00 after Friday, May 9th. This is open to next years 7th to 12th graders.

Rib Time for the Shriners will be held on Saturday, May 10th starting at 11:00am at Lakeland Glass located at 812 S. Detroit St in LaGrange, In. Half Slab is $9.00 and Whole Slab is $17.00.

The Branch County Community Theatre will present the spring musical "Kiss Me Kate" from May 8th through May 10th at 8:00am each night. Tickets are $10.00 and $9.00 for students and seniors. For more information, please call 517-278-6029.

The Wolcottville United Methodist Church will have a Baked Steak Supper on Saturday, May 10th from 4:)0pm until 7:00pm at the church. Carryouts are available.

The 3rd Annual Ice Breaker will be held at Sylvan Lake's Historical Gene Stratton-Porter located at 1205 Pleasant Point in Rome City, IN on Saturday, May 10th starting at 9:00am. There will be a $20.00 donation for riders and $15.00 donation for non-riders required. All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society in the name of Lucille Viles and Della Krupp.

The Orland Lions Club will be having a Pancake and Sausage Breakfast on Saturday, May 10th from 6:30pm until 10:00am at the Orland Community Center located at St Rd 120 in Orland, In. Proceeds will benefit the Orland, Mongo and Salem Center Fire Departments.

The Constantine Township Library will celebrate Children's Book Week by asking you to drop by with your favorite children's book on Tuesday, May 13th from 5:30pm until 7:00pm. Come share your favorite book with others and they will share their's with you. For more information, call 269-435-7957.

The Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sturgis, MI will host the hit comedy "Late Nite Cateshism" on Saturday, May 10th at 7:30pm at the church located at 402 S. Nottawa St in Sturgis, Mi. Tickets are $27.50 per person and are available by calling 269-651-5200.

Tibbits Opera House will present the musical production "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" on Tuesday, May 13th at 6:30pm at Tibbits Opera House located in Coldwater, MI. For tickets or more information, please call 517-278-6029.

The Constantine Fire Department will be holding its All You Can Eat Fish and Pork Tenderloin Dinner on Tuesday, May 13th from 4:30pm until 7:30pm at the fire station located at 180 W. Water St in Constantine, MI. Purchase tickets in advance from any firefighter and save $1.00. Proceeds will go towards new equipment.

The LaGrange First Church of God will be taking orders for boxes of Angel Food on Thursday, May 15 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm and Saturday, May 17th from 9:00am until noon. Cost of a box of food is $30.00.
