Lakeland, Westview top state average graduation rates

INDIANAPOLIS - All three public high schools in LaGrange County posted graduation rates above or near the state average last year.
Lakeland High School posted the highest graduation rate in the county at 91.8 percent...down slightly from 92.6 the previous year.
Westview High School came in second at 90.7 percent...up two-tenths of a percent from 2012.
Prairie Heights graduated 87.3 percent last year...up from 85.3 the previous year.
The county’s only private high school, Howe Military Academy, graduated 61.1 percent last year.
Bordering LaGrange County, Northridge High School graduated 93 percent, West Noble 83.8 percent, Central Noble 78.1 percent, and East Noble 81.9 percent.
The statewide average was nearly 88.6 percent.
