FORT WAYNE - A Noble County man whom police describe as a major drug dealer will spend a long time in prison.
U-S District Judge Theresa Springman sentenced 36-year-old Javier Madrigal of Wawaka to nearly 22 years in prison this week for distributing more than 50 grams of methamphetamine.
