(ANGOLA) - In case that dates back to an IMAGE drug investigation during the fall of 2006, Mark Allen Voges was given a 30 year sentence on Monday in Steuben Superior Court after he entered a guilty plea to a Class A felony of Dealing in Methamphetamine on April 22nd. Five years of the sentence was suspended and Voges was placed on probation for five years. Voges also got credit for 2,520 days already served and the same amount for good time credit. In exchange for the guilty plea, a Class B felony for dealing meth and an habitual offender enhancement were dismissed by prosecutors. According to court records, the charges were filed in connection with the sale of over nine grams of meth to an undercover informant.
