(BRONSON) - A hazardous materials team had to clean up a fuel spill on Thursday morning in parking lot of the McDonalds restaurant in Bronson. The Bronson Fire Department reports a semi in a construction zone in Coldwater had a man hole cover hit his fuel tank and put a hole in it. The driver was not aware of the damage and stopped at the McDonalds to get something to eat at about 8:00am. Bronson firefighters had to spread 15 bags of oil dry to clean up the spill. They were assisted by the Branch County Road Commission as well as police from Bronson and Coldwater.
