Taken into custody were 35-year-old Todd William Spallinger and 34-year-old Shannon K. Badman. They were both booked at the DeKalb County Jail on Class B felonies for Possession of Meth as well as Class D felonies for Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Class A misdemeanors for possession of synthetic marijuana and paraphernalia.
