(ANGOLA) - An Orland woman was given a ten year sentence on Monday in Steuben Circuit Court after she entered a guilty plea to a Class B felony of Dealing Methamphetamine. 26-year-old Jessica Marshall was arrested last October by the Steuben County Sheriffs Department after detectives found several alleged items inside of a home she was occupying in the 6200 block of North State Road 327 that police said were commonly associated with the making of meth. Police had gone to the home on a report of a possible meth lab inside. Judge Allen Wheat suspended four years of the sentence and placed Marshall on probation for four years. She will serve her executed time in Community Corrections while residing at Women in Transition. A Class D felony for possession of meth was dismissed by prosecutors in exchange for her guilty plea.
