(ANGOLA) - An Orland man was given a ten year sentence in Steuben Superior Court on Monday after he entered a guilty plea to a Class B felony of Manufacturing Methamphetamine. Larry Wayne Wiseman Junior was arrested in May of last year. He was identified by a property owner who told the Indiana State Police and the Steuben County Sheriffs Department as the suspect who left behind a one pot meth lab near Pleasant Lake. Two years of the sentence was suspended by Judge William Fee and Wiseman was given two years of probation. He was given credit for 382 days already served and the same amount of days for good time credit. In exchange for his guilty plea, prosecutors dismissed a Class A misdemeanor against Wiseman for resisting law enforcement. Police had to taser Wiseman as he was being placed into custody just over a year ago.
