(UNDATED) - Outside of a few places, the 90 degree mark has not been hit so far this season but that could change on Tuesday. It got up to 91 degrees in South Bend on May 8th but the National Weather Service says that was the only 90 degree day this year in the region. The last time it got above 90 degrees in Fort Wayne was on September 11th of last year which was 276 days ago. On average, most locations first hit 90 degrees between June 7th and June 17th. The forecast is calling for highs in the upper 80's on Monday, near 90 on Tuesday and in the upper 80's on Wednesday. Highs are expected to cool off into the low 80's on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
