LAGRANGE - A chain reaction crash east of LaGrange on U-S 20 involving four vehicles left two people injured Thursday.
LaGrange County deputies say 85-year-old Harvey Miller was eastbound on U-S 20 and encountered several vehicles stopped near the intersection of County Road 400-East.
Miller told deputies he applied his brakes but they failed. His vehicle struck the rear of a Cavalier driven by 24-year-old Travis Britton of LaGrange.
Britton’s car was pushed into the rear of a Subaru driven by 25-year-old Alexander Rohrs of Fort Wayne. Rohr’s vehicle was pushed into the rear of a Dodge Dakotah driven by 28-year-old Brandi Ross of LaGrange.
