(LAKE JAMES) - No need for the backup plan Thursday night as the weather co-operated for the annual Fort Wayne Philharmonic performance at Pokagon State Park's Potawatomi Inn. The backup plan always calls for the concert to be moved to Angola High School in case of inclement weather. But the stormy weather of the past few days cleared out Thursday in time for the Patriotic Pops concert. Concert goers came by land and water. Many gathered on the lawn while others anchored their boats just outside of the swimming area. The Fort Wayne Philharmonic has performed every summer at Pokagon State Park for about the last 25 years.
A large crowd on land and water enjoyed Thursday night's annual performance by the Fort Wayne Philharmonic at Pokagon State Park.
