(UNDATED) - We are getting towards the middle of July and so far this summer there has been an absence of hot and steamy weather. There has only been one day that has seen the mercury get above 90 degrees. That was on June 17th when the high hit 91. The extended forecast is calling for below normal temperatures next week. Normally, highs should be in the low 80's. But the forecast is calling for highs in the upper 60's on Tuesday and the low 70's on Wednesday. Lows both nights are expected to get down to near 50 degrees. The 14 day extended forecast from the National Weather Service indicates the entire Great Lakes region will have below normal temperatures.
