Centreville beats Mendon for District baseball title
(CENTREVILLE) – Host Centreville won a Division 4 District baseball championship, beating Burr Oak in the semi-finals 12-2 and then Mendon in the title game 8-5. On the day, Chase Alexander, Geoff Miller, and Michael Kool each drove in two runs. Mendon beat White Pigeon 11-1 in five innings in their semi-final game. Centreville advances to the Mendon Regional and will take on Lawrence in semi-final action.
