Kinsler to Replace Martinez On A.L. All Star Team

(UNDATED) – A Tiger for a Tiger. American League All Star manager John Farrell announced Friday that Detroit Tiger second baseman Ian Kinsler will replace teammate Victor Martinez on the American League roster for the mid summer classic. Martinez, will be inactive for the game, due to an injury. Kinsler is now an All Star for the fourth time. He is hitting .305 on the year with 11 home runs and 49 RBI's. He will join teammates Miguel Cabrera and Max Scherzer on the A.L.'s active roster.
